Gemma Pybus

Gemma has written books and articles for hundreds of individuals and businesses — fiction and non-fiction — on topics ranging from archaeology to blockchain technology, cosmetic surgery to cranes. She has co-authored, ghost-written, and published her own award-winning books, and has first-hand self-publishing experience from start to finish.

She has presented at the Frankfurt and London international book fairs, and her work spans an extraordinary breadth of subjects and styles. Whether it's a gripping thriller, a technical business guide, or a deeply personal memoir, Gemma brings the same rigour and craft to every page.

As a trainer, Gemma has worked with businesses from worm farms to international airlines. She delivers CPD-accredited digital marketing training to hundreds of local and national businesses, as well as students from BTEC Level 2 to MSc level.

Her training is practical, energetic, and grounded in real-world experience. She doesn't teach theory for theory's sake — every session is built around what actually works, drawn from two decades of doing it herself.

Gemma is a senior lecturer at the University of West London and director of Digital Groundwork Ltd. She brings academic rigour to her training without losing the warmth and accessibility that makes her courses so effective.

Her academic work spans digital marketing, consumer psychology, and content strategy — disciplines she weaves together in her training to give delegates a genuinely rounded understanding of how and why marketing works.
